I was really suffering with feeling anxious in connections, it put me off getting to know people and I found it really hard to affectively communicate with people who had different attachment styles. I learnt so much about myself and it really helped me know what to look for in connections, the support I received was amazing, even during live situations I would get help on how to communicate and deal with my anxiety. I learnt how to regulate my anxiety so that I can be more at peace and not rely on other people for it. I feel a lot less anxious, and when feelings of anxiety come up I now have the tools to regulate the emotion and move past it. I would 1000% recommend this coaching programme to anyone who suffers with anxious attachment, as well as people who are struggling to communicate with a partner, I’m so thankful for Lauren.
